Serena is positive, upbeat, and fun, and knows the Southern California market inside and out. She priced our condo well and we got and accepted a good offer in three days. I contacted her because she sold the condo next to ours and knows the building very well. Serena went the extra mile in getting the condo ready for showings, taking time to show prospective buyers not only the condo but the amenities and attractions offered by the surrounding area. Though busy, she was always reachable right away by text, e-mail, or phone. I cannot say enough good things about her. Since we have moved across the country, I will miss her very much, and consider her to be a good friend as well as the best real estate agent I have ever worked with.
We really loved working with Serena. She took the time upfront to listen to our often conflicting desires and priorities. By listening and understanding us, she was able to do a lot of the searching for us. This had a hugely positive impact since we were coming from out of town and needed to maximize our limited time. Something that we expected to take months to accomplish with only a moderate level of satisfaction Serena was able to accomplish in a few weeks. She found the perfect place that we all fell in love with!
